Determination of Borax in food using Spectrometry

The quantitative test was carried out by measuring the absorbance of the borax content in the sample analyte using a UV-Vis spectrophotometer. The first step in the quantitative analysis is to determine the maximum wavelength of the standard borax solution which is measured in the wavelength of 400 nm – 750 nm.
